Gareth Noble, Partner in KOD Lyons Solicitors, was the solicitor in the recent High Court ‘Ms P’ case, in which the state system for identifying victims of human trafficking was found not to be in compliance with EU law requirements. KOD Lyons Solicitors are Ireland’s largest criminal and human rights law firm. They are the winners of the Irish Criminal Law Firm of the Year in 2013 and Public Interest law Firm of the Year for 2014.
