The Annual General Meeting

General meetings of members of the Association are the means by which members hold the Board of Directors to account, vote in new Board members, accept audited accounts, apointment of Auditors and vote upon constitutional issues, as well of matters of policy and strategy. An IASW Annual General Meeting of members is held in the May of each year.

The Associations Annual Reports are available to download from this section. The report provides information on the associations activities throughout the preceding year. Some of the articles include reports from:

2024 Annual General Meeting was held virtually on Wednesday 29 May, the minutes of the AGM (which includes election results & motions/resolutions carried) and the Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2023 can be downloaded from this page. The 2025 Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place on May 28 online at 5:00pm, further information will be available on our events page.
