The journal committee are inviting submissions for the Irish Social Worker, open access, practice, and research journal. We are interested in articles from practitioners, researchers, academics, and policymakers that highlight practice, theoretical and policy developments in all areas of social work.

All the articles are peer reviewed and available after six months on LENUS, open access repository for Irish Health Publications. This facilitates authors to disseminate their work to a much wider audience both in Ireland and Internationally.

Full length articles should be between 2,000 - 4,000 words. We also welcome short practice pieces (1,500 - 3,000 words) and book reviews (750 words). Reviews should include a concise and detailed synopsis, evaluation, and recommendation of the book.

Please send your articles / reviews to journaleditor@iasw.ie and administrator@iasw.ie.
