  • Providing Independent Consultancy services to UK NHS trusts, supporting and leading on post-homicide/suicide serious incident reviews in line with statutory requirements
  • Providing independent risk assessments for Tusla Child & Family services, and separately for Catholic Church Diocese’ including associated Religious Orders across Ireland on behalf of The Irish Child & Family Institute.
  • Providing an independent whole-systems service evaluation relating to a mid-west Ireland addiction treatment service. The genesis of the evaluation was based upon the need for the commissing organisation to better understand the model of services being provided, the quality and outcomes of those services, and the extent to which those services were aligned to international best practice.
  • Leading a successful whole-systems review on behalf of a large UK NHS Trust of Mental Health Policy, Practice and Procedures including implementation of Quality Improvement outcome measures aligned to national standards/policy.
  • The expansion and development of a supervision portfolio / service, providing quality outcomes and enhancing personal and professional development for supervisees.
