Membership renewals happen automatically. For annual membership you will recieve a payment reminder via email 30 days prior to the payment being deducted. If you do not wish to renew, you need to contact the IASW office.
Student to First Year Post Qualify
Student members will automatically change to a First Year Post Qualify membership between February and March the year follwing their course completion (e.g. you graduated in 2023, between February and March 2024 your account will change to First Year Post Qualify). If you are unemployed or working in a part-time role after graduating we can adjust your membership to reflect that. You will need to contact the office to adjust this prior to renewal.
Changes to your circumstances
Changes in your circumstances can change your category of membership e.g. retirement or a period of unemployment. If your circumstances have changed, contact us to review your category for the forthcoming membership year.
Changes to Card Information & Contact Details
If your card has expired or the details have changed, you can log-in to the members area to update your details or contact the office.
