Description of relevant experience/profile:

I have spent over 20 years working in social work and social care in Ireland and abroad. I am a trained designated officer responsible for screening safeguarding concerns and implementing protection plans for vulnerable persons and children.

I practice through a registered limited company that offers additional assurances and protections. The company is registered with the Garda National Vetting Bureau as a relevant organisation which allows me to carry out relevant work in line with Irish legislation.

I am happy to be contracted to complete a single social work assessment or to support a larger project. I assist overseas agencies in accessing social work services including viability assessments and kinship assessments with persons residing in the Republic of Ireland.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in sociology and bachelor’s degree in social work.
